Lise Debuts At Barcelona’s Gran Teatre Del Liceu
November sees Lise make her debut at Barcelona’s Liceu, first in a concert, and then in Puccini’s Il Trittico.
The concert on Sunday November 13th - described by the Liceu as “a constellation of legends” - will see Lise sing with Irene Theorin and Waltraud Meyer, to celebrate the Liceu’s 175th anniversary. The programme features scenes from Wagners Götterdämmerung, Tannhäuser, Tristan und Isolde and Strauss‘ Elektra. The Liceu’s Music Director Josep Pons will conduct the concert.

On Sunday November 27th Lise will make her role debut as Giorgetta in Puccini’s Il Tabarro - the first part of Il Trittico. Lise will be singing with Ambrogio Maestri as Michele and Brandon Jovanovich as Luigi, in a production directed by Lotte de Beer and conducted by Susanna Mälkki.
There are 10 performances, from November 27th to December 15th.
